Burks Incorporated began in Western North Carolina in 1947. Almost 60 years later, it remains a well respected manufacturer's agent and distributor of raw materials and equipment to the Coatings, Ink, and Plastics Industries.

Burks currently operates two warehouses and three sales offices in the southeastern United States. The executive offices, as well as the centralized customer service department and warehouse, are located in High Point, North Carolina. The Atlanta, Georgia location houses the corporate office, sales office, and an additional warehouse. There is also a sales office located in St. Augustine, Florida. 

Seven experienced salespeople cover the following states:

Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
