In 1947 Charles L. Burks started a one man operation in Western North Carolina with the philosophy of selling quality products combined with superior, reliable service. 60 years later, Burks Incorporated remains true to that vision and is a well respected manufacturer's agent and distributor of raw materials and equipment to the Coatings, Ink, and Plastics Industries.

Burks currently operates two warehouses and sales offices in the southeastern United States. The executive offices, as well as the centralized customer service department and warehouse, are located in High Point, North Carolina. The Atlanta, Georgia location houses the corporate office, sales office, and an additional warehouse. There are also  sales offices located in Morganton, North Carolina, Mooresville, North Carolina, and St. Augustine, Florida. 

Seven experienced salespeople cover the following states:

Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
